The work that comes back every week does itself.
Reports someone assembles every Monday. Transactions matched by hand. Exports from one system, imports into another. That is not work for people; it is a system that has not been built yet. We build it, on the software you already use.
From manual work to a process that runs
Reporting
BeforeHours a week collecting data from several sources and retyping it into a report.
AfterData is fetched, checked and delivered as a report automatically, every morning or every quarter hour, in exactly the format your team reads.
Reconciliation
BeforeBank transactions and invoices matched by hand.
AfterAutomatic matching with a complete audit trail. Only the exceptions reach a person.
System integrations
BeforeExports and imports between shop, accounting, CRM and planning; duplicate entry, stale data.
AfterOne source of truth. Systems talk to each other via API, in real time or on schedule, in both directions.
Data entry and processing
BeforeForms, emails and documents someone copies into a system.
AfterIncoming data is recognised, validated and filed in the right place. Unclear cases are surfaced, not guessed.
Alerts and monitoring
BeforeErrors discovered by a customer, or at month end.
AfterEvery process watches itself: deviations, delays and failed steps are reported before they reach anyone.
On the systems you already have
We do not replace your accounting, shop or CRM. The automation sits beside them, talks through APIs and keeps your systems as the source of truth. Where an API is missing, we build a reliable bridge.
Reporting and reconciliation that have run on their own for years
For AR Proactive (US healthcare) we replaced a daily manual reporting process with pipelines that have run without intervention for more than three years. For Eden Senior Care we built daily bank reconciliation with a full audit trail and no manual matching.
- Daily reporting fully automated, 3+ years in production
- Bank reconciliation without manual matching, with audit trail
- Errors and delays reported before they reach the team
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. The automation connects what you already have. Only if a system offers no API or export at all do we look at alternatives together.
How do we know it is correct?
Every automation records what it did, with which data and when. Exceptions go to a person; nothing is silently guessed or overwritten.
What if a source changes?
Monitoring notices: a changed format, a missing file, a failed step. You get an alert, and we fix it as part of operations.
How quickly is something live?
A first process, one report for instance, is typically live within two to four weeks. From there we expand, process by process, starting with what costs the most time.
Who runs it afterwards?
We do. Operations and further development are a standard part of every engagement, with a Dutch contracting entity and fixed agreements.
