Run your device fleet
without the manual work.
If your business rents, leases or manages a fleet of Apple devices, every machine comes with a list of chores: provision it, hand over access, watch it, suspend it when payment stops, reset it when the customer leaves, put it back in stock. We build the system that does all of that automatically, on top of the MDM you already use.
Built for
What we automate
The operations that used to be someone's job
Zero-touch provisioning
BeforeCredentials copied by hand, accounts created one by one, the device listed manually.
AfterOne click. The device wipes itself, re-enrols through Apple Business Manager and your MDM, gets its accounts and remote access, reports back and is ready to sell.
Automatic suspension and restore
BeforeNon-payment means chasing, waiting, then wiping.
AfterAccess is suspended automatically within minutes, with a message on the login screen. Payment restores everything untouched.
Notifications that send themselves
BeforeReminders and status updates written by hand.
AfterCustomers and your team get the right email at the right moment: warnings, outage alerts, back-in-stock notices, driven by the system's own view of the fleet.
Customer self-service
BeforeEvery restart or access issue is a support ticket.
AfterCustomers see their device's status and restart it themselves through the MDM API. The tickets disappear.
Fleet-wide monitoring
BeforeNo overview; checking every device takes hours.
AfterThe whole fleet is probed every few minutes. Failures are ranked by customer impact and alerted before anyone complains.
A fleet that heals itself
BeforeDevices can only be judged from the outside.
AfterAn agent on every device checks in, repairs remote access, flags tampering and reports usage, designed so the web layer can never take control of the fleet.
Platforms & integrations
Built on the MDM you already have
We don't replace your stack; we automate it. The control layer talks to your MDM's API, your billing or shop system, and the devices themselves. Mosyle is where we have the deepest production experience; the same design runs on any MDM with an API.
Proof
Proven on a datacenter fleet of Macs
Juuz Cloud rents dedicated Macs to developers, CI pipelines and agencies. Their operations ran on a spreadsheet and manual steps. We built the system above on Mosyle: today the fleet provisions, monitors, suspends and notifies itself, and customers restart their own machines.
- Every routine fleet operation automated
- Fleet health checked every 15 minutes, alerts ranked by customer impact
- Non-payment handled in minutes and reversibly, instead of weeks and a wipe
Questions we get
Do we have to replace our shop or billing system?
No. The control layer sits next to what you already run — WooCommerce, Stripe, Mollie or a custom back office — and keeps subscriptions, licences and device state in sync between them.
Which MDM platforms do you support?
Mosyle is where we have the most production experience. The architecture is platform-independent: Jamf, Kandji and any MDM with an API work the same way, with Apple Business Manager handling zero-touch enrolment.
What stays manual?
Anything destructive stays a human decision by design: wipes are admin-triggered, never automatic. Everything else, from provisioning to suspension to notifications, runs on its own.
How is fleet security handled?
An agent on each device reports in, repairs access and flags tampering. Decisions flow from the control layer to the devices, never the other way, so a compromised web server can never become fleet root. Credentials are stored encrypted and rotated with verification.
How long does it take?
A first working slice, typically provisioning and monitoring, is usually live within weeks. From there it grows module by module on your real fleet, and we stay on as the delivery partner.
Does this work for non-Apple devices?
The pattern applies to any managed fleet with an API, Windows via Intune for instance. Apple fleets are where our production experience is.
