Codevery NL, based in Hilversum and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 99418649, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Questions about this statement: [email protected].

What we process

When you use the contact form we process what you enter: name, company, business email, the topic you select and your message.

On every visit our infrastructure processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time, for security and to serve the website.

Why, and on which legal basis

We use contact details to answer your request and schedule a conversation. Basis: performance of the service you request and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, working website.

Analytics cookies are set only with your consent.

Processors and recipients

We use the following providers, which process data solely on our instructions:

Resend — sending email from the contact form.

Cloudflare — security, performance and abuse protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare processes your IP address for this.

Google Analytics 4 — site statistics, only after consent via the cookie notice.

Slack — an internal notification to our team that a request has arrived.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

Functional: your cookie choice is stored locally in your browser so we do not ask again.

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 loads only after you click "Accept". Declining has no effect on your use of the website.

Retention

We keep contact-form data as long as needed to follow up your request and for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless an agreement follows; statutory record-keeping periods then apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object. You can withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser.

Send requests to [email protected]. We respond within four weeks. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
